He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward P. Rose and Dorothy T. Rose (Smith); his significant other Jean; his children, Deborah J. Rose, Ralph E. Rose and Richard C. Rose, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Mary Rose; and his brothers, Edward (Mary Lou), William (Madge) and Charles (Marilyn).
He is survived by: his sons, Theodore F. Rose (Kathryn) and Wendell A Rose (Joanne); and his daughter-in-law Karen Rose. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; loving nieces and nephews.
