Johnson (Kingsville, Ohio), born in Warren, Ohio, who passed away on August 26, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Eugene, Sr. Gentile; her brother Jack Gentile; and her uncles, Ralph Gentile, Peter (Julia Dellimuti), Louis (Wilda Dellimuti) and William Gaul.
She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Gentile (Gaul); her children, Michelle M. Rappach (Ryan) of Howland and Matthew C. Johnson of Warren; her siblings, Lisa Gentile of Upper Arlington, Eugene Gentile, Jr. of Niles and Tracey Henneman (Kevin) of Howland; and her granddaughter Marisia Viola. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
