Forfia; her daughter Nancy; her granddaughter Nancy; her pets, Pepper, Sandy and Fluffy; her children, Angela Forfia (Larry Shure) of Chicago, Illinois and Anthony Forfia (Tracie) of Lyndhurst, Ohio; her grandchildren, Felix Shure and Theo Shure of Chicago, Illinois; and her siblings, Joan Sisson (Roger) of Madison, Ohio and Russell Bolmeyer of Brooklyn, Ohio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
