She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Schade and Emma Schade (Gottchok); her husband Rudolph Germ; her son Rudolph Germ, Jr.; her sister Muriel Mullen; and her son-in-law Joe Hlavtur.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Hlavtur and Ronald Germ (Karen); her sister Rita Gumto; and her daughter-in-law Sue Germ. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
