He is survived by: his wife Diana Martin Hayes (Pirlo); his children, Steve Hayes (Janet) of Winston Salem, NC, Pamela Lewis (Bill) of Jefferson and Celina Luce of Conneaut; his grandchildren, Travis Hayes (Keri), Joshua Lewis (Rachel), Deanna Wall (Chris), Christina Fortune, Jessica Bailey (Eric), Tracy Chase (Randy), Sandy Lewis, Savanah Luce (George Ogeka), Cassandra Pettite (Brad) and Richard Luce (Kayla Sharp); and his great grandchildren, Thayne, Cayson, Kelsey, Tavondre, Tess, Dylan, Hunter, Quinten, Cooper, Austin, Lucas, Grayson, Hollis, Addison, Sophia, Blake, Jade, Conner and Brooke.
