She was predeceased by: her father Charles Nelson; her son John; her former husband Don Bowdler; her daughter Denise; and her siblings, Mary, Janet, Eleanor and Charles II.
She is survived by: her former husband Jim Budd; her children, Carol (Jim), Susan, Ron (Tonya) and Jim; her brothers, John (OH) and Bob (CA); her sisters-in-law, Diana (CA) and Gerry (OH); and her grandchildren, Charlie, Renee, Robin, Dan, Christina, Anthony, Jeremy, John, Shannon, Will, Andy, Max, Henry, Abby and Evan. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, she requested donations be made to the Conneaut Church of Christ.
