He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl A. Sr. and Emily Campbell (Michaels); his son Mark S. Campbell; and his siblings, Albert, Tom and Amijean.
He is survived by: his spouse Sandra S. (Whipkey); his children, Carl Campbell III of Phoenix, AZ, Tim Campbell and Heather Hayford; his daughter-in-law Jinette Campbell of Texas; and his sister Annabelle of West Virginia. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
