She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Matheny and Stacie Agnes Matheny (Cossin); her sons, James D. Fox Jr. and Gary Fox; and her brother Walter Matheny.
She is survived by: her siblings, Homer Matheny (Juanita), Harold Matheny (Velva), Iva Hannan, Vacie Knapp, Evelyn Kinzel (Levi), Juanita Jordan and Eleanor Fultz; her great grandchildren, Scott, James Fox IV, Hailey, Miles and Maverick Fox; her great great grandchild Braxton; and her daughter-in-law Sherry Fox. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous other special family members and friends.
