He is survived by: his son Nathan Speakman (Heather); his grandsons, Josh, Noah and Lucas; and his siblings, Paula Gillian (Mike), Ricky and Sammy Speakman (Josh Gearhart). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
