She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Cox and Billie Cox (Sexton); her daughter Kimberly; her grandson Sean Jr.; her stepfather Fred Fee; and her siblings, Danny Ray Phillips, Tommy Cox, Janet Ross and Ella Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Congrove; her children, Tamara Strouse (Jeremy), Dustin and Cody Congrove; her grandchildren, Courtny (Alex), Nicolas, Katlyn and Ava; and her sisters, Bonnie Williams (Jerry), Cheryl Thompson (Donald) and Sally Smith (David). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and numerous other special family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hill Funeral Home (24 W Ing St, Kingston, OH 45644). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
