He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Chapin and Francis Chapin Sr. (Glover). He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Ross Chapin; his sons, Ross Chapin (Melissa) and Scott Chapin (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Alexandra, Erin and Brett. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Lutheran Church (74 W Main St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Roger's honor to the Calvary Lutheran Church or the Pump House Art Gallery.
