He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Blevins (Bolin); his son Jason Eberhard (Athena); his sister Brenda Blevins; his grandchildren, Logan, Michael, Cavin and Oakleigh; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa, Lacy, Stephanie, Cassie, Bubba, Kim, Greg and Kristi. He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews; and numerous other special family members and friends.
