She is survived by: her significant other Lt. George T.; her child Dean L. Jacob (Sue); her grandchildren, Kate McCleese (Michael) and Austin Jacob (Menucha); and her sisters, Lorene Kollmeyer (Vernon), Maxine Bequette Cole, Doris Jean Hawkins Griffith, Margaret Adams Norton and Elma Jennings. She is also survived by her many family members and friends.
