Cummings (Donna) of Kingston; his granddaughters, Shelbie Joy Cummings of Stoutsville and Taylor Ann Cummings of Chillicothe; his former wife Rosemary Brown (Cummings) of Kingston; his stepgranddaughter Ashley Sterling (Stephen) of Johnstown; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Emma Claggett and Kayson Claggett; his sister Linda Kay Neves of Grove City; his aunt Pauline Woods of Ozark, Missouri; and his close friend Helen Fields of New Bern. He is also survived by family members and friends.
