He is survived by: his wife Carol Betkey (Hughes); his children, Debra Sullivan (John) of Broadway, Nora May of Wauseon and Jerry Lee Betkey, Jr. (Julie) of Mooresville, Tennessee; and his siblings, Danny Betkey (Sandra), Michael Scott (Leah), Carol Chandler and Sandy Vickers. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
