He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Zickafoose (White); his daughters, Sandy Zickafoose Pritchard and Angie Zickafoose Rucker; his son-in-law Craig Timmons; his siblings, Alice Saliba, Ellen Swisher, Sharon Haddox and Randy Haddox; and his granddaughter Katelynn Barrows. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
