It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Roger Kramer of Kingston, Ohio, born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on July 30, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kramer and Zelma Kramer (Adams); his wife Sandra Kay Kramer (Meachem); and his children, Ashley Kramer and Cecil R. Kramer II.
He is survived by: his daughter Amber Nicole Kramer. He is also survived by family members and friends.
