She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Louise and John Cook; her husband Richard A. McQuistion; her sons, Mark Allen McQuistion, James Lee McQuistion and Dale Lynn McQuistion; and her sister Marilynn Louise Patten.
She is survived by: her son Ray V. McQuistion; her stepbrother Joe Young; her grandchildren, Derek Ray, Rusty Tyler, Roger J and Nicholas; and her pet Molly. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
