He is survived by: his wife Geralyn; his daughters, Charrise Marnocha (Mark) of Lebanon, OH and Stacey Gruber (Mike) of Morrow, OH; his stepdaughter Sheri Andersen of Kings Mills, OH; his grandchildren, Zack Middleton, Zane Middleton (Tayler), Noah Andersen and Ava Gruber; and his great grandchild Brynleigh "Peanut" Middleton.
