He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Oliver and Clarice Oliver (Waller); and his brothers, James, Joseph and George Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille E. Oliver (Henry); his daughter Dessie VanSickle of Pleasant City; his grandchildren, Kyle and Collin VanSickle; his brothers, Mark Oliver (Wanita) of Kimbolton and John Oliver (Debbie) of Florida; his sisters-in-law, Marguerite Oliver of Kimbolton and Donna Oliver of Cambridge; and his close friend Allen Hahn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
