He was predeceased by: his parents, George Perkins and Wilma Perkins (Kominar); and his sister Adrian. He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Perkins (Caldwell); his children, Thomas Jr. Perkins (Allyson) of Byesville, Michelle Landman (Steve) of Kimbolton and Travis Perkins (Olivia) of Kimbolton; his grandchildren, Myranda, Ryan, Nicholas Landman (Chevelle), Madysen, Haylie, Trace and Titan; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Hunter, Audrey, Colt and Caroline; and his siblings, Carol Voyles (Glen Worthington) of Cincinnati, Victoria Prupis (Gary) and Bobby Perkins (Patricia) of Austin, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bundy-Law Funeral Home (120 N 11th St, Cambridge, OH 43725). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorial donations may be made to Liberty Township Fire Department.
