He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Kennedy and Marie A. Kennedy (Hawkins); and his sister Denise Ellen Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Kennedy (Durben); his son Jeffrey Kennedy (Tamara) of Byesville; his stepsons, Cory Johnson (Jenna) of Old Washington and Justin Cole Durben (Valerie) of Hannibal; his siblings, Gerald Kennedy (Maggie) of Coshocton, Kevin Kennedy of Caldwell and Cheryl Cole (Mark) of Newcomerstown; his grandchildren, Julie Johnson, Ashlyn Kennedy, Trisha Johnson, Addison Durben, Kaydee Kennedy and Liam Durben; and his friend Forrest Gano. He is also survived by three nieces; three nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
