She is survived by: her mother Ora Lee Zwick (Adams); her children, Sam Hart (Carly) and Staci Hart; her grandchildren, Bo Black, Reide Black and Jack Hart; her fiancé Alan Bliss; her siblings, Rose Zwick, Dan Zwick (Ada), Sharon Kalp (Tim), Katy Zwick and Amy Zwick; her brother-in-law Scott Mackey; and her friend Mary Jo Watson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
