He is survived by: his wife Cecelia I. Chase; his sons, Steve of Glenmont and Bruce of Killbuck; his close friends, Lieutenant Gary Chanay, Tammy Chanay, Doug, Crystal Black, Keith, Jenny Mohler, Ronda Madison and Sam Crawford; his cousin Pat Yeater; his sister-in-law Marilee Arnold; and his caregiver Marla.
