She was predeceased by: her mother Florence Knight; her son Jeremy Freetage; her great grandchild Raydyn McCoy; her grandsons, John Freetage and Adam Wright; and her siblings, Delmer Kerns and Virginia James.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Freetage (Heidi) of Wooster and John Freetage (Billie) of Killbuck; her grandchildren, Nicole Freetage, Jessica McCoy, Megan Miller, Brandi Miller, Cali Mellor (Jake), Michael Freetage, Tia Bailey, Lashaya Cobb, Tyler Freetage, Jeremy Freetage and Shawna Ryan; and her siblings, Roger Kerns, Buddy Knight, Brian Knight and Nancy Hopkins. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
