She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Zollars and Helen Zollars; her siblings, Charles "Sonny" Zollars and Ruthie Hendrick; and her parents-in-law, Ray and Ada Hawkins.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Paul Hawkins; her children, Paula Sanchez (Mike), John Hawkins (Carol) and Denise Hawkins; her grandchildren, Kendall, Miguel Sanchez, Landon, Kaedon Hawkins and Michael Hawkins; and her great grandchild Grayson Hawkins.
The family asks in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Ohio's Hospice LifeCare, 1900 Akron Road, Wooster, Ohio 44691.
