He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Sr. Oiler and Mary Oiler; his wife Ruth Kinsey; and his daughter Rose Eileen. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Oiler (Susan Jacobs), Charles (Lisa Oiler) and Tony (Judy Hall). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
