He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Bartlett; his children, Kaylee of Killbuck, Ohio, Kayden of Killbuck, Ohio, Kaytlyn of Killbuck, Ohio, Summer of Killbuck, Ohio and Jeremy Jr. Bartlett (Morgan); his granddaughters, Blakeley of San Angelo, Texas and Oakley of San Angelo, Texas; his mother Joan Bartlett of Waverly, Ohio; his sister Danielle Segura (Ricky); his nieces and nephews, Lola, Kierstin, Cloey Segura, Christopher (Lacey), Cameron (Amber), Nathan, Rease, Triston, Trevor and Cole Segura; his parents-in-law, Bill and Mary Yoder; his sister-in-law Heather Vedder (Tim); his nephews, William and Anderson; and his niece Penelope Vedder. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
