He is survived by: his sister Melody Bernhard (Dan) of Ketchum, ID; his children, PJ Bird (Jami) of Killbuck, Jake Miller of Millersburg and Sunny Zickefoose (John) of Killbuck; his grandchildren, Kayla, Harlie, Starr, Zenith, Nick, Abby and Shannon; and his great grandchildren, Sammy, Karter and Lilly.
