With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Hawkins of Killbuck, Ohio, born in Brinkhaven, Ohio, who passed away on September 28, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lester Hawkins; her parents, Alonzo King and Clare King; and her siblings, Glen King, Rosalie Akins and Polly Triplett.
She is survived by: her children, Rex Hawkins and Dixie Greenfield (Bill); her granddaughter Rebecca Mills (Chris); and her great grandchild Elijah Manuel Mills.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Millersburg Baptist Church or LifeCare Hospice.
