He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos M. Cutlip and Elizabeth C. Cutlip (Tanner); and his siblings, Blanche Channell, Leone Sampsel, Austin, Hurley, Cecil, Willie, Archie, Jimmy, George and John Cutlip. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
