He is survived by: his wife Alice Geiser; his children, Felicia Hawkins of Naples, Michelle Hawkins of Charleston, SC and Fred Philip Hawkins of Wooster; his grandchildren, Justin Hostetler of Wooster, Patric Hector of Columbus, Jason Hector of Minneapolis and Faith Hector of Minneapolis; his great grandchildren, Maize and Serenity; and his siblings, Mary McCombs-Priebe, Shirley Cooper, Deb Samples and Rick Hawkins.
In lieu of flowers, Fred requested that people pay it forward.
