She is survived by: her daughter Carol McCombs (Eric) of Killbuck; her daughter-in-law Phyllis Smail; her grandchildren, Scott Smail (Loretta), Jennifer Smail (Randy Kandel) and April Mackey (Brant); her great grandchildren, Ashley Williams (Erik), Courtney Smail, Will Moss, Brady Smail and Reagan Mackey; and her siblings, Linda Ford of Pataskala and Dennis Harford of Wooster.
