She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Becky Starr (Rod) and Buffy Mirich (Jim); her grandchildren, Alex Starr, Olivia, Brett and Ryan Mirich; her significant other Dick Fowler; her parents, Wallace Bell and Helen Bell (Jones); her brother Billy; her sister-in-law Sara Bell; her great-niece Meredith; and her brothers, Ben and Bob.
Due to the current COVID situation, private services will be held.
