With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bessie C. Purdy of Killbuck, Ohio, born in Brinkhaven, Ohio, who passed away on September 21, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Crider and Ethel Crider (White); her husband Robert L.; and her son-in-law James Criddle. She is survived by: her daughters, Ginger L. Criddle of Killbuck and Diane Criddle (Ernest) of Millersburg; her grandchildren, Cecil Allen Criddle (Beth), Susan Lee Blagg (James), Janie Lynn Takas (Mike), Karen S. Tish and Rachel Marie Goans (Steve); her great grandchildren, McKayla Lee, Brittany Lynn, Madison Jo, Syrus Cole, Isaiah James, Lincoln Andrew and Kinley Sophia; and her great great grandchildren, Waylon James and Raeleeah Lynn. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to Ohio's Hospice LifeCare.
