Richard P. Arter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard P. Arter of Kidron, Ohio, born in Crestline, Ohio, who passed away on March 1, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Harriet Arter (Klinkle); his son-in-law Nussbaum; and his brothers, Tom and Harry.
He is survived by: his children, Lynda Lehman (Gene) of Orrville, Betsey Arter of Kidron, R. Michael Arter of Lexington and Kristi Nussbaum of Dalton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
