Gerber of Kidron, Ohio, born in West Unity, Ohio, who passed away on December 2, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Short and Malinda Short (Stuckey); and her siblings, Catherine Weaver, Doyle Short, Marvin Short and Marjora Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Ressler (Wayne) of Apple Creek, Jodi Beachy (Scott) of Harrisonburg, VA and Anita Fisher (Jeff) of Kidron; her grandchildren, Erika Nofziger (Galen) of Stryker, Andrea Bauman (Chris) of Concord, MI, Derek Ressler (Haley) of Dalton, Emma Beachy of Richmond, VA, Ryan Beachy (Korin) of Harrisonburg, VA, Raymond Beachy of Dayton, VA, Douglas Fisher (Kayla) of Lebanon, TN, Natalie Fisher (Thomas Cotman) of Kidron and Andrew Fisher of Kidron; and her siblings, Denzel Short (Merna) of Detroit, MI and Corine Samuelson of SanBenito, TX. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
