He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Sandra Jean Spires and William Wesley Spires; and his uncle Chaz Ward. He is survived by: his father Wesley Spires; and his grandparents, William Spires Jr. of Lakeview, Rebecca Wireman of Upper Sandusky, Tim Durkin and Georgi Osborn of Kenton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Wyatt's honor may be made to Nationwide Childrens Hospital in Columbus.
