He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Miller and Jeanette Miller (Shields); and his grandmother Laura Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Watkins; his daughters, Melissa Ervin (Tim) and Renee Scroggs; his grandchildren, Kassie Reisinger (Tylor), Mackenzie, Kylie and Zayden; and his siblings, Pamela Gunnett (Jerry), Gregory Miller and Donald Miller (Dee). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
