He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" Kirk; his cousin Matthew Ward; and his aunt Margaret Moore. He is survived by: his mother Susan Kirk; his wife Margaret "Maggie" DeVore; his sisters, Sherry Maier (Cliff) and Aimee Sorenson (Bobby); his children, Kobe, Michael Crawford, Kyle and Keegan; his niece Hailey; his nephews, Dillion and Zander; his aunt Jean Elsea (Floyd); his uncles, William Ward (Gayle), Richard "Rick" Kirk and Kenneth "Kenny" Kirk; his cousins, Jacob Ward, Megan Moore-Weber and Tiffany Elsea; and his stepmother Connie Kirk. He is also survived by his family, friends.
