He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Fraley and June Dolly Fraley (Watson); his spouse Lonna Shepherd; and his siblings, Loren Fraley, John Fraley, Doris Shepherd, Joy Rush and Barbara Collins.

He is survived by: his sons, W. Stephen Fraley of Kenton, J. Kevin Fraley of Elida and Christopher L. Fraley (Deb) of Vancouver, WA; his grandchildren, Kathy Shipp (Dean) of Elyria, Angela D. Fraley (David Reed) of Kenton, Laura, Deanna, Paul, Nick, Jaimie, Lindsay, Logan, Luke, Dominic, Mia, Harper and Henley; and his siblings, James Fraley of Findlay, Carl Fraley of Alger, Shirley England of Alger and Susan Spearman (Steve) of Arizona. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
