He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Mendenhall and Carolyn Mendenhall; and his sister Annette Mendenhall. He is survived by: his fiancée Brandi McQuown; his children, Aubrey Mendenhall of Kenton, Mercedes Mendenhall of Kenton, Tasmin Mendenhall of Kenton and Trea Mendenhall of Kenton; his grandchildren, Alaina, Aiden, Alivia, Joshua and Jonah; and his sisters, Thelma Howe (Thomas) and Shantee Chamberlain (Hank).
