She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Irvin Nowlan and Mabel L. Nowlan (Smith); her former husband Robert A. Hart; her husband Everett Clinger (Bill); and her sister Beverly K. Rogers (Morris) of Kenton, OH..
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl A. Martin of Westerville, William S. Hart (Barbara) of Washougal, WA and R. Eugene Hart of Elk Grove, CA; her stepchildren, Debbie J. Crook (Lee) of Ft. Worth, TX and Hugh A. Clinger (Linda) of Knoxville, TN.; and her sisters, Shirley A. Gillen of Kenton and Dianne L. Price of Dola, OH.. She is also survived by two granddaughters; three great-grandsons; two great-granddaughters; many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home (200 E Columbus St, Kenton, OH 43326). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
