He was predeceased by: his father Gene Newman; his daughter Teresa Botchlett-Nelson; and his brother-in-law Bob Reel. He is survived by: his mother Donna Baughman Newman; his wife Julie Kelly; his children, Nicole Hale (Wes), Emily Freshcorn, Katie Ghesquire, Cody Newman (Natasha) and Caleb Botchlett (Kalyn); his siblings, Lorrie Strickland Connie (Greg), Steve Newman (Elaine) and Tim Newman (Deb); his grandchildren, Kennedy, Cayn, Cole, Greysin, Aubri, Addison, Cohen, Dylan, Braden, Maddox, Kiara, Kynzie, Summer, Axel, Annalee and Lucinda; his great grandchild LeeAnne; and his mother-in-law Carolyn McNamara. He is also survived by several brother and sister in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
