He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Collingsworth; his grandparent Ottis; and his sisters, JoAnne Miller and Margaret Olivieri. He is survived by: his children, Sky Risner (Tiara Smith) of Prospect, Siera Risner of Kenton and Shyanne Risner of Kenton; his grandchildren, Jaxton, Alaya, William and Kyleah; and his siblings, Otis Collingsworth of Lima, Linda Hattery (Larry) of Alger and Sue Collingsworth of Alger.
