He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar W. Lotz and Jerry Lotz (McCullough); and his sister Judy Marie Lotz. He is survived by: his wife Grace E. Kennedy; his son Tim Lotz (Tammy); his stepsons, Richard Dunson of Kenton, Dale Dunson (Nicole) of Kenton and Tracey Seiler of Kenton; his sister Beverly Mentzer of Bellefontaine; and his grandchildren, Amanda Caudill (Cody), Skylar Lotz and Theron Gammon. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
