He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore M. Culley and Eleanor Culley (Amweg); his children, John Altvater and Margaret "Meg" Crumly; his siblings, Charles Culley, Delbert Amweg, Robert Culley, Donald Culley, Evelyn Sherman and Juanita Dyer; and his granddaughter Daphne Crumly.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Juanita Titus; his former wife Malinda "Linda" Karg; his sons, Arnold Culley (Daphne) of Taiwan, Howard Culley (Andrea) of Upper Sandusky and Willaim "Bill" Culley of Columbus; and his sisters, Wilma Streets of Lima and Sharon Beltz of Hamilton. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Faith Baptist Church or Universal Home Health and Hospice.
