He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fraley and Lonna Fraley (Shepherd); and his sister Angela Fraley. He is survived by: his siblings, J. Kevin Fraley of Elida, Christopher L. Fraley (Deb) of Vancouver, WA and Kathy Shipp (Dean) of Elyria; and his nieces and nephews, Laura, Deanna, Paul, Nick, Jaimie, Lindsay, Logan, Luke, Dominic, Mia, Harper and Henley. He is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Preston Cemetery (3131 Co Rd 90, Alger, OH 45812).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hardin County.
