She was predeceased by: her father Russell S. Harp; her siblings, Albert Joe Harp, Elizabeth Armstrong, Beverly Amweg and Linda Harp; and her grandchildren, Brittany, Chelsea Ratliff and Mathew Ropp.
She is survived by: her husband Lyle Curl; her children, Thomas Ratliff (Carla), Michelle Ratliff and Rhonda Smith (Mark); her brother Russell Hank Harp (Charlie Harp); her half-siblings, Clair Rayl (Mary), Ruby Sorgen and Mona Gossard; and her grandchildren, Natasha Ratliff, Troy Hastings and Tiffany Gamble. She is also survived by her ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in memory of Sheila to Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation or to the family in care of Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home.
