He is survived by: his girlfriend Kim Scott; his girlfriend's daughter Brandi Scott; his siblings, Curt, Jerry Frazier of Ridgeway and Paula Stevens (Mark); his siblings-in-law, Peggy Frazier and Bob Johnson of West Mansfield; and also, Ella of Kenton, Elijah of Kenton and Gracie of Kenton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
